Md Nuruzzaman, Additional Deputy Commissioner, ADC(General) joined in Barguna District Administration in 12 January 2016. He belongs to BCS (Admin.) cadre joined, in the Civil Service in 2001. He completed MSc in Environmental Conservation from Greenwich University, London in 2014, and received another MS degree in Agriculture from Bangladesh Agricultural University in 2000. Mr /Nuruzzaman got Australian Leadership Award from Monash University, Australia. He had been experienced in Local Government Policy, Poverty Alleviation, development administration, GO-NGO collebaration Gender equity and Climate change from international arena; attended Japan, India, London, Nepal and Pakistan in his service career. It was his opportunity to visit different European and Asia Countries, like Switzerland, France, Germany, Netharland, Belgium and Thailand. He enriched his experience in versatile issues from field administration; worked as UNO in Kumarkhali, Swarupkati, Bamna and Kaptai, and as Secretary, Jessore Zila Parishad during last 15 years. Prior to govt service, he served as an Agricultural Expert in UNDP project for around 5 years. Currently, he is in the charge to look after General Administration, Educational Management and ICT as ADC (G) and ADC (Edn. and Education) in Barguna.
